UK Tracked 48: £3.95 (FREE when you spend over £50)
UK Tracked 24: £4.99 (FREE when you spend over £50)
Europe International Tracked Standard: £10.99 (FREE when you spend over £100)
International Tracked Standard: £15.99 (FREE when you spend over £150)
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail service.
International Order Fees: Please be aware that these fees are applied once an order arrives the destination country and we are unable to cover them. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount of these fees, which can be differ from one country to another. We recommend that you check what these fees might be prior to placing your order. Customs or import fees do not apply to orders shipped within the UK.
How long does delivery takes?
UK Standard: 2-4 working days from dispatch
UK Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from dispatch
Europe International Tracked Standard: 5-10 working days from dispatch
International Tracked Standard: 5-15 working days from dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note - estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly during busy times such as Christmas. We will do our best to deliver goods promptly, however, we can not accept liability for delay in delivery for any cause.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. If the tracking number is missing, please drop us an email on hello@strappyclub.com and we will send it to you.
What steps should I take if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatched, or if you are outside the UK and have not received your order within 20 working days of dispatch, please send us an email at hello@strappyclub.com.
Please note - orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate delivery address to ensure safe delivery of the parcel is made, we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address entered at checkout is incorrect/incomplete.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at hello@strappyclub.com as soon as you can. If your order has already been dispatched before you decided to cancel, you will have to return the item at your own expense.
RETURN
How can I return my items?
If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the products. Please contact us at hello@strappyclub.com with your order numbers and the reason you’d like to send your item back. We will then send you the necessary details for your return shipment.
**Only items returned to us in a new, unopened and unused condition and in its original packaging will be refunded.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty, in which case please take pictures of the items and drop us an email at hello@strappyclub.com.
Original postage cost will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty.
If you spent over £50 and qualified for free UK delivery, we will deduct £3.95 when part of the order OR the whole order is returned (if this means the new order subtotal is below £50). This is to cover our initial delivery fee and the processing of the return.
If you received a free gift with your purchase, this must also be returned with your item, unopened and unused in order to obtain a full refund.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
Can I return personalised items?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for any items which have been personalised, customised or modified specifically for you. Please check carefully everything is perfect before placing an order.
